CALIFORNIA FLAVOR
WITH A SPANISH ACCENT

San Laurel, from Michelin-starred chef José Andrés at Conrad Los Angeles, builds a culinary bridge between the Iberian Peninsula and Southern California. Using the freshest sustainable produce from local farmers’ markets in Los Angeles, our cuisine marries bold, beautiful Spanish flavors with the bounty of the Golden State. Named for the aromatic bay laurel, itself a transplant from the Mediterranean to coastal California, San Laurel’s inspiration stretches from Spain to the glimmering shores of the Pacific.

SKY, SEA, AND EARTH

Our menu marries the culinary innovations and pure flavors of Spain with the freshest produce found at Southern California’s ever-bountiful farmers’ markets. Expect shared plates that seduce the senses with flavor, texture, and the freshest sustainable produce: Imagine Santa Barbara sea urchin paired with scallops, lardo, and caviar; creamy stracciatella cheese served with sweet roasted beets and Cara Cara orange; Bone-in Wagyu Ribeye; and Wild Mushrooms in Laurel Cream topped with a fried farm egg.

DRINK IT IN

Beverages at San Laurel complement the farm-fresh ethos of our menu. Cocktail maestro Miguel Lancha has put his signature modern twist on classic cocktails like the Pisco Sour and Mai Tai, while creating new libations like the Watermelon Report, a refreshing vodka drink with a kick. Our extensive collection of original Zero ABV cocktails, such as the clever Nod to the Old Fashioned and tropical Coconut Chatter, offer an alcohol-free experience that’s equally as nuanced, while our wine list focuses on cool-climate, refreshing wines from California and the West Coast, Spain, and beyond.
